In 1908, it became a hotel and cafe, called “ Albergo e Caffè Vittoria“. Originally, it was a Villa built in the last part of the nineteenth century, at the beginning of the “Belle Epoque”period, facing the sea, on what was and is now considered the most central, exclusive and picturesque area of Pesaro’s seafront, which still retains the power to evoke the colors and the atmosphere of a garden-city.
